Each piece is hand made & printed to order specifically for you. 

In order to avoid excessive waste and to make any piece of ours as customizable for you as possible we do not have inventory on hand and print your piece to order. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for the product to be made before shipment. Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from the United States.


Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. 

We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We also are not responsible for wrong addresses, we only use what you type in so make sure you are using the correct address and type it in properly. If you notice an address mistake before we ship it out, we can change it but if it is already shipped to the incorrect address, you will have to reorder it. 

If delivery is rejected and returned, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded. We are happy to reship merchandise but require an additional shipping fee.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. The Seller is not responsible for item after it ships. Regular Shipping time to certain Countries in example Malta take up to 21 business days. If you need the item quicker please opt for a faster delivery option upon check out.

Unless you order multiple items of different types (shirts/pins/earrings) your shipping will usually be around $3.50 & up depending on which shipping option you choose and how big your order is. 

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.A. but if you are interested in one of our pieces & reside outside of the U.S.A. please contact us and we will see what we can do!



If for any reason you are not absolutely happi with your order, we can exchange or refund your purchase.

The return policy is 45 days from the delivery date. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The exception to this is any gift order placed during the November/December holiday season. If the person you got a Happi gift for isn’t satisfied and it is past the 45 day mark, contact us directly to let us know & we will see what we can do for you. 



Before returning, please make sure products meet the following requirement:

  • in good condition 
  • in original packaging
  • without broken or missing parts

In the following cases, we can’t accept the return and refund:

The product is damaged/lost by the customer;

  1. Email us at happiears3d@gmail.com letting us know why you want to return and receive a refund for an item and we will let you know if it qualifies. Include your order number and any necessary details in the email please. 
  2. If your return request is approved, we will send you our P.O. Box address for you to ship the product to. Please make sure to return the item with in 7 business days from when we send you our address. 
  3. Send us the tracking number for the package once you mail it. Make sure to mail it back in the original packaging to ensure that it arrives to us safely. 



If you receive any defective, incorrect jewelry from us, please contact us for the replacement. We’d love to help send you a new one for free (excluding the cost of shipping)

  1. Email us at happiears3d@gmail.com letting us know what is wrong & include order details/order number
  2. If we see it reasonable, we will offer you an exchange by sending you our P.O. Box address for you to send your defective or wrong product order. 
  3. After receiving the defective or wrong jewelry, we will send you the new one.



Once we receive your returned item we will refund you. The refund will be processed within 3 business days and we will send you an email letting you know this has been refunded.

The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.

Kindly note that: Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return cost of shipping.
